Dan Minkoff launched The Minkoff Group in 2006 when he began developing projects in the Bay Area. Over the years he has demonstrated a keen ability to deliver projects in some of the Bay Area’s most challenging jurisdictions. Dan received his Sc. B. in Civil Engineering from Brown University and his M. Arch. in Architecture from Harvard University.
Will Birdsey

Bay Area native Will Birdsey joined Minkoff Group in 2018. Prior to this role, he spent the majority of his real estate career working at Hines and The Carlyle Group in the San Francisco Bay Area where we was responsible for acquisitions and asset management for projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Pacific Northwest. Will received his BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis and his MBA from the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business.
